  • The Matsuri tickets can be bought from 1 ticket and there is no limit on how many tickets can be purchased. 
  • The Matsuri tickets are non-refundable once used.
  • The Matsuri Event will be held on TikTok Live! Check out our TikTok Story on the account @newwonderco to see which account we'll be live streaming on for each day. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at newwonderjapan@gmail.com or join our Discord community.

  • To participate in the games, please join our discord for early access or you could join on the spot during the live but will be added to the existing queue.

  • Please select the small box shipping at check out. Depending on which item(s) you get, we may need to upgrade to a large box. Japan Post will be an option for those who get light weight items (under 2kg). Snacks must be shipped with DHL. 
  • Please do not add other items from the website when placing a Ticket order as you will get overcharged for shipping. If this happens, we will refund you the overcharged shipping fee.
