- ABOUT -

  • All the items are 100% authentic and licensed. newwonder.co is based in Japan and all the items are purchased here.
  • newwonder.co is a family business run by Cres (big sis), Rachel (little sis) and sometimes our mom. Please note that processing times may be a little slow depending on how busy it can be! (We do try my very best to get orders out asap!) Please do not
    hesitate to reach out about your order and the status!

- CAPSULES -

The two main brands in the capsules are S a n r i o and S a n - x. There may be an occasional item from the following brands: Mofusand, Kirby, Sailormoon, Pokemon, Ghibli, Indie, etc.
If you would like to exclude a certain brand or would like more of a specific one, please make sure to let us know in the note section upon checkout.

We try our best to avoid duplicates but if you purchase more than one capsule scoop or bundle of the same character, there may be duplicates included in your order.
This also applies if you have purchased scoops or bundles from us in the past.


- SHIPPING -

  • We ship with DHL Express and Japan Post from Japan. Depending on the size of your order, shipping fees vary. DHL Express has two set prices: Small Box Shipping and Large Box shipping. Japan Post shipping fees are based on weight.
  • DHL shipping times are between 2-5 business days for the US. 3-7 business days elsewhere. While rare, delays may occur.
  • Japan Post shipping times are between 2-4 weeks. Japan Post packages can experience significant delays. While this rarely happens, New Wonder is not responsible for shipping delays and won't be able to interfere with local shipping carriers.
  • We may contact you with a revised shipping fee if the shipping fee has not been correctly calculated during check out. An additional charge or a refund may apply in certain cases.
  • newwonder.co is not responsible for any custom tax. Each package comes
    with tracking and insurance. However should a package be lost by DHL or Japan Post, we will replace it for free.


- ETC (but it's important!) -

  • Returns and refunds are not accepted for kawaii capsules or bundles. Replacements may be sent if a certain item arrived broken!
  • For single item purchases, we are able to offer returns or refunds depending on the situation. In this case, please reach out to us
    directly at newwonderjapan@gmail.com 
  • It's very much impossible to record all orders for tiktok! It's never guarunteed that I am able to do so. Please keep this in mind before
    purchasing! (Chances are much more slim if I'm restricted to certain brands/characters)
  • New Wonder is still a new business and we try our best to improve everyday. Feedback is always welcome and helps us better the business!
