New Wonders live stream shopping provides a fun and unique experience where you can pick items directly from our store in real time! You can choose to have your appointment on Instagram or TikTok Live.
Choose from two appointment times:
The full 45 minute appointment or a quick 20 minute appointment.
We offer a wide range of brands and characters such as Sanrio, San-x, Mofusand, Ghibli, Sailor Moon, Pokemon, Bread Thief, Miki Takei, Kirby and much more!
You can even buy Japanese beauty products and Japanese snacks on our live stream and have everything shipped together directly to your door step!

After Claim lets you pick items from our shop without booking an appointment!

Live Stream System
All the items in the live stream shop are valued in points. $1 USD is worth 10 points. During your appointment, you have 45 or 20 minutes to choose all the items you want to add to your card. We will add up all the items and their points and send an invoice to you once your appointment is finished.
Don't worry, you will still have time to change your mind about the items and make changes.
Send us screen shots of items you'd like to add to your order and we'll add them after the last appointment of the day of your appointment!
You can still do after claims the day after your appointment but those items will be added at the end of the live stream period :)
How it Works

Step 1
Purchase Booking DepositPlease purchase the booking deposit. The booking deposit of $10 will be applied towards your appointment. Box sizes can be selected at check out and can be changed at anytime. Japan Post can be requested during the appointment as well but keep in mind the 2kg weight limit.
DHL has a 5kg weight limit and faster shipping!

After Claims - No Appointment
After Claims allow you to claim items from the live stream without booking an appointment. This is perfect for when you only want a few items or don't have time for an appointment.
How it Works

Step 1
Booking DepositPlease purchase the booking deposit.
The deposit would still need to be purchased as that's where we would send the invoice for the after claims. If you prefer to have the items shipped with Japan Post, please mention that in the check out notes and we will refund any shipping fees.

Step 2
Join DiscordWatch the live and take screen shots of the items you'd like to claim during the live stream.
Once you have the screen shots, send it to:

Step 3
After Claims are collected on the last day of the live stream period.
For example, if we're live streaming April 16th - 19th, all after claims are gather on the 19th regardless of when the screen shot was sent.Once the items are collected, we will reach out with the update and send an invoice to your email address.
Important Disclaimer about After Claims
- Even if you send a screen shot on the first day of live streaming, this does not guarantee that you'll be able to purchase the item. But we recommend sending screen shots as soon as possible once the live stream starts and here's why;
- If another person opting to do the after claim requests the same item as you and we only have 1 left, the item will go to the first person who sent us the screen shot.
- After Claims are collected on the last day of each live stream period. This means that if someone who booked an appointment wanted the same item as you, they would get priority and will be able to claim the item during their appointment.
- Once the live stream period has ended, we will go through everyone's after claims and send you an update on what items are left and an invoice will be sent via email.
- Please keep in mind that invoices need to be paid within 24 hours. If we don't hear back from you in 48 hours, the after claims will get cancelled and put back into our shop.
- Once the invoice is settled, we would be able to ship the box out or by request, we can hold the box for one additional live stream period. This lets you book an appointment or participate in the after claims for one more live stream session.
