Live Stream Booking Deposit

Join our weekly live stream and purchase items on live! This deposit can be used towards live stream shopping or live appointments!

How it works for Live Stream Shopping:
Purchase the Live Stream Deposit and let us know your 4 digit order number in the live chat! Once we confirm the order, you can claim items on the live. Once the live is done and we sort through the items, we'll send you an invoice for the items along with a photo of your shop via email or Discord if you've joined the NW community.

The $10 booking deposit will be applied to your invoice! Once the invoice is settled, you'll have the option to ship out your box or hold it for future shops!

How it works for Appointments: 
Purchase the Live Stream Deposit and use the 4 digit order number to book an appointment!
All items in our live stream shop are valued in points. E.g. $15 item is priced as 150 points! The booking deposit allows you to book an appointment with us and the $10 deposit will be converted to 100 points for you to use at your appointment. All items selected during your appointment will be added to your cart and an invoice will be sent with the total amount after your appointment.

-Important Notes- 

The $10 booking deposit is non-refundable once you have done the appointment or claimed items during the live. We can cancel the order and refund the shipping fee only if no appointment has been done or no items were purchased during the live.

Once the order has been shipped, we do not offer any refunds unless an item arrives damaged. 

If possible, please do not purchase any items from the website when purchasing the booking fee as Shopify will overcharge for shipping. If you do, we will be able to refund any overcharged shipping fees. 

We ship with DHL Express and you can expect to receive your order within a week from the time of your appointment! In some cases, we can ship out certain items via Japan Post which is a more affordable option but with a longer delivery time of 1-4 weeks. 

There are two box types/shipping fees to choose from:

Small Box

Type A - 29cm L x 19cm W x 11cm H

Type B - 25cm L x 17cm W x 15cm H

Large Box

Type A - 39cm L x 26cm W x 18cm H

Type B - 40cm L x 30cm W x 15cm H

Please select the box size at check out. Shipping fees will vary depending on location. You can later change the box type depending on the amount and/or size of the items you purchase during the live stream.

Please note that invoices must be paid within 24 hours from the time it has been sent.
