If you would like early access to the game, join our discord community and check out the Matsuri Channel. You'll be able to react to the games to be put on the early access list!

If you don't have discord or would like to join on the day of, no worries! Come join us during the live and let us know you want you'd like to play the game. We'll add you to the queue!

What Brands Do you Offer for Prizes?
We offer a wide range of brands and characters such as Sanrio, San-x, Mofusand, Ghibli, Sailor Moon, Pokemon, Bread Thief, Miki Takei, Kirby and much more!
We can take requests in the checkout notes but it will have to be a minimum of three brands listed, with one or both being Sanrio/Sanx and the remaining smaller brands such as mofusand/ghibli/koupen/indies/etc. If there are no requests, it will be randomized.

How Are Prizes Determined?
Ranked prizes are 1 to 5, 1 being the highest rank you can win. Even with a lost game, there is a participation prize! Depending on the game, you will either get the chance to pull from the Kuji Box or the prize rank will be determined by the game and it's rules.

Once the prize rank is determined, you can choose the item category (e.g. Memo, Sticker, Keychain etc.). Once you've chosen the item category within the rank, we will show you two options to choose from.

Please keep in mind that only 2 options will be shown even if you already have those items, or you do not like the designs offered. So receiving duplicates is a possibility and we won't be able to cater to changes.

How Much is Shipping?
Shipping will be added during check out but depending on the item(s) you win, additional shipping fees may occur. Please be prepared to pay additional shipping fees. We won't be able to change the prizes after they are chosen to accommodate shipping combinations.
